Are there any special diet and exercise programs to increase my height?


Answer:

I’m afraid to say that there are no special diet or exercise programs available to gain height. Your height is purely depending on genetics and hereditary. However I can suggest you few things :) Adopt protein diet like, fish, chicken, lamb, green beans etc. If you are a teen boy/girl you can do some exercise like, skipping, cycling, and swimming and fast running. It can slightly help you to increase your height, not substantial though ;)
