What is the Water diet?
The water diet focuses on the fact that water has the ability to reduce a person’s appetite. Research shows that drinking water can help to cut calories. This diet is not really a diet as in other diets. It’s about adding a certain amount of water quantity to your diet to help weight loss. The resulting figure shows the number of ounces of water you need to drink in a day. For example if a person weighs about 120 pounds, he/she needs to drink about 60 ounces of water. This means about 5 glasses of water from a 12 ounce glass.
